Mobile work makes sense when the car should not be driven, or when your day simply has no room in it for a drop-off. There is very little standing between the ocean and Jamaica Bay through here, so an open parcel can be genuinely gusty while a street two blocks over is calm, and airborne sand is the enemy of a clean bonding surface.
